DIGITAL PRODUCT AND FULFILLMENT POLICY

Aloha Jazz Festival Digital Product & Fulfillment Policy Thank you for your purchase! Please carefully review our policies regarding the purchase and delivery of digital tickets and packages for the Aloha Jazz Festival. 

 

 1. Ticket and Package Delivery • Electronic Tickets: Upon completion of your purchase, your tickets will be delivered to the email address you provided during checkout. The tickets will include a QR code or barcode for entry to the event. Please ensure your email address is correct before finalizing your purchase.

 

 • Accommodation Packages: If you’ve purchased a package that includes hotel accommodations, your package confirmation will also be sent via email. The confirmation will include details regarding your hotel booking, along with information about check-in and event access

 

2. Access to Event • Digital Ticket Access: Your digital ticket must be presented at the venue entrance either in printed form or on a mobile device. Entry to the Aloha Jazz Festival will be granted upon successful scanning of your ticket. 

 

 • Package Purchasers: For those with accommodation packages, please note that event access is tied to your stay at the designated resort. You will need to present your package confirmation at check-in to receive your event access credentials. 

 

 3. Non-Transferable • All tickets and packages are non-transferable and must be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket or package. Re-sale or unauthorized transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. • ID Verification: Attendees may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID to verify the name on the ticket at the time of entry.

 

 4. Lost or Unreceived Tickets • If you do not receive your digital ticket or package confirmation within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact our customer service at [info@alohajazzfest.com] for assistance. •

 

Lost Tickets: If you misplace or accidentally delete your digital ticket, contact customer service to have it re-sent to your registered email address. 

 

 5. Event Entry Requirements • Limited Capacity: The Aloha Jazz Festival is an intimate event with limited guest capacity. Admission is guaranteed only for guests who have purchased tickets or packages directly through our official website or authorized partners.
