TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Plan

Payment Plan Terms: If you chose the payment plan option, you are agreeing that your deposit and all monthly payments are subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth, as well as the payment plan terms below.

 

Monthly payments: Deposit: a minimum $550 deposit plus tax per person is required at the time of booking. Remaining balance will be divided equally over the remaining months with the first installment due on the 15th day of the month following the date the deposit was made from the initial deposit and the final payment due no later than June 21, 2025.

 

Late Fees: There is a 5 day grace period for late payments. After 5 days the account will be assessed a $50 late payment fee.

 

Defaulted Plan: A payment plan is considered in default if payments are more than 15 days late. Once in default, reservations are placed on hold, and the reservation will require a $175.00 reinstatement fee plus all payments paid up to date in order to remove the default status.

 

Cancellation for non-payment: If after 30 days the default status has not been remedied, Company has the right to cancel the reservation and customer forfeits all monies paid to the Company. 

All sales are final, no cancellation or refunds. By purchasing, you acknowledge  and have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service and the Purchase Policy,  and that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy
